Centered on learning, teaching, and assessing soft skills, the “Janus+” project operates in work-linked training environments. It targets very small enterprises (VSEs), small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and small associations, aiming to identify and value soft skills that are crucial in work-based training.
