The “NEurodiversity@Work (NEW)” project promotes the inclusion of neurodivergent individuals in SMEs and microenterprises. It targets managers and employees, developing innovative training to handle workplace neurodiversity and launching a broad awareness campaign to shift perspectives from deficits to abilities.
