INNOVATE is an Erasmus+ project supporting European Vocational Enterprises (EVEs) in strengthening their innovation‑driven management skills. It builds on three practical principles: setting ambitious goals that spark innovation (“promise beyond ability”), creating clarity through simple boundaries (“always and never”), and drawing strategic inspiration—the spark behind truly impactful ideas. Some ideas gain momentum while others never move beyond the whiteboard. The difference often lies in having a clear process to shape, test, and implement them. INNOVATE’s Innovation Management System provides exactly that: a structured way to turn intention into action and action into measurable results.
