The demographic change and the trend of an aging society pose a global challenge, to our burden to our pension and health insurance systems, to the labour market, education and society at large.
In all of these areas we need to take age into account as a critical factor. We at die Berater® implement a range of age-sensitive projects and initiatives promoting age-sensitive approaches.
