Validation of social competences in the integration process
The EU project VIC – Validation of Integration Competences has developed an e-learning offer for trainers who work with migrants and refugees within the framework of competence check courses, language- or qualification courses.
On the VIC platform VIC-Plattform you will learn how to design trainings so that you can specifically promote the development of your participants’ social competences and document and make visible this development process. In addition to the theoretical introduction to the method of validating social competences, the platform offers practical examples and concrete implementation tips for working with learners.
