The “CAN – Counselling and Career Guidance for Adults to Value Neurodiversity” project supports neurodivergent adults in accessing learning, upskilling, reskilling and career development opportunities. It develops a strengths-based, neuroinclusive career guidance model, practical tools and training for career counsellors, adult educators and HR professionals, as well as tailored learning pathways and micro-credentials. Building on the Erasmus+ project NEW – Neurodiversity@Work, CAN shifts the focus from workplace inclusion to the guidance and adult learning systems that shape pathways into training, employment and career development.
