UNITE

The EU project UNITE (Ukrainian Newcomer’s Integration Towards Employment!) supports Ukrainian refugees in rebuilding their professional and personal lives after displacement. It combines mentoring, career guidance, and learning activities to help participants navigate the challenges of settling into a new country and entering the labour market.
UNITE offers a safe and supportive environment where participants can explore their strengths, clarify their goals, and regain confidence. Through individual mentoring sessions, practical job search assistance, and resource oriented support, the project empowers refugees to take meaningful steps toward professional integration and long term stability.
