SUM

The SUM project aims to develop a corporate social responsibility framework for start-ups, integrating it from inception to enhance visibility, growth, and impact. It will create an ECVET-based curriculum and an online toolbox with learning units for aspiring entrepreneurs. The methodology includes authentic learning, peer support, online modules, and study visits. An interactive eBook guide for training and policy adaptation will also be developed to support implementation.

It targets trainers and staff, enhancing skills to integrate SDGs into CSR strategies, fostering employee engagement and professional development.

I-Care

The “I-Care” project focuses on intercultural aspects of care for patients and nursing staff from different cultural backgrounds. It targets nursing staff, developing and implementing training courses on intercultural communication and interaction to strengthen their competencies.

Go+ Learn

“Go & Learn” facilitates workplace visits and learning experiences to connect education with the world of work. It targets students and educators, organizing learning tours that offer real-world insights into various industries and professions, enhancing practical knowledge and skills.

New Horizons

The “New Horizons” project creates a career counselling program for long-term unemployed people with acquired disabilities. SASSI Working On

Building on the SASSI project, “SASSI – Working On” focuses on career counseling for older employees and job seekers. It targets older workers, providing modern career models with horizontal perspectives, encouraging them to try different work contents and use work experience opportunities.

CIM

The “CIM” project addresses the need for systematic educational approaches to foster creativity and innovation skills. It targets 15 organizations from nine countries, aiming to develop a new teaching and learning approach for Creativity and Innovation Management that bridges academia and business.

“Time4Society Europe” invites corporations and employees to engage in sustainable practices and improve teamwork.
