Introducing the “Be Inclusive” project

Introducing the “Be Inclusive” project

Be Inclusive! – How inclusion of people with disabilities works in SMEs – learning material for job search and employment- is an Erasmus+ project in the field of vocational education and funded by the European Union under the EU programme Key action 2 – cooperations among organisations and institutions.

The project is managed through the cooperation of seven partners including Izobrazevalni center Geoss from Slovenia, ReadLab from Greece, Centro per lo Sviluppo Creativo Danilo Dolci from Italy, Akademie Klausenhof from Germany, the European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities from Belgium, Sustento from Latvia and die Berater from Austria.

The Be inclusive! project is developing micro-learning products and further information materials, and provides in-depth learning possibilities for job placement trainers that can be used or implemented to motivate potential SME-employers to employ disabled people.

The project’s main objective is to develop and support approaches on how to improve the participation of people with disabilities in working life. The Be Inclusive! project will further develop micro-learning videos that show various aspects of the inclusion of people with disabilities in a company in an exemplary way. This is to motivate and enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to employ people with disabilities. Essential information on the topic will be provided through a brochure and complementary material will offer in-depth learning.

For more information, next steps and further updates on the Be Inclusive! project, make sure to engage with and follow us on social media.

DigiNext- transnational meeting

DigiNext- transnational meeting

We are happy to be part of the DigiNext project, coordinated by Universidad the Sevilla, which was successfully kicked off on 6-7 February 2023 in Palermo.

DigiNext aims to help rural communities by transfering digital skills to seniors and individuals with limited digital proficiency in rural areas.

The transnational meeting allowed partners to get to know each other, develop a clear picture of the project achievements and define a working culture that is satisfactory for everyone.
