Integration und Kompetenzerfassung – Was ist der Status Quo?
Das Erasmus+-geförderte Projekt SCOUT („aSsessing Competences fOr fUTure“) richtet sich in erster Linie an Beratungspersonal, das mit Neuzugewanderten arbeitet und deren Potenziale und Kompetenzentwicklungsinteressen ans Licht hebt.


The Erasmus+ project „Level-Up“ is coming to a close with its final European Workplace Tutor Network Conference.


This question was in focus of the second VIC (Validating Integration Competences of Refugees) project meeting, April 10/11 in Vienna, which was hosted by die Berater®. Finally the VIC project team agreed on the UNESCO statement from 1984: “Learning to live together in a diverse society”, which will now be the motto for developing the VIC set of competences. In the next months, appropriate tools for the validation process will be developed and tested in the context of educational courses for refugees.
