The DREAMM comes to an end
The medieval city of Perugia was the setting for the International Piloting Workshop and the Final International Conference of the AMIF project DREAMM. During two intense workshop days the project partners together with guests discussed the final outcome of the project, the three Toolkits, that sum up the DREAMM approach and various tools developed and used during the project lifetime.
On Saturday, the 29th April, the Final Conference took place in the Fondazione Sant’ Anna in the old town of Perugia. The project team presented the results of the last two and a half years and guests from all over Europe discussed together with decision makers the future of integration in Europe – to guarantee that the DREAMM goes on, also after the project ends.
The PROSPER consortium is currently developing a compact Online Training Course for SME managers and relevant staff that manage hybrid teams. The course will focus on several current and relevant aspects such as Productivity and Wellbeing.

This creates new challenges for trainers, teachers and educators. The more content there is, the harder it is to find, filter and organise relevant online resources for your own learning offers. In addition, the increasing digitalisation of learning and teaching leads to an urgent need for educators with digital literacy skills and experience in implementing collaborative learning strategies and supporting self-organised learning.
