Green Project Policy
As a provider of education, training, and consultancy with a focus on developing people’s competences for the labour market and for full participation in society, and as an active EU project player die Berater® has made a commitment to contribute to the United Nations’ Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs).
die Berater® is a signatory of UN Global Compact. In doing so, we have committed ourselves to integrating the principles of UN Global Compact into our corporate strategy and day-to-day business and to participate in cooperation projects that promote the general goals of the United Nations and the SDGs in particular.
We seek to promote sustainability climate education in a number of EU projects. And we adhere to Green Project Policy Sustainability in the way we implement them.

The project team in the Innsbruck branch of die Berater® took on the task of developing and implementing a programme for 130 migrants that included skills assessment, soft skills training, digital literacy training, job application training and internship placement, working closely with regional integration stakeholders and businesses. Not an easy undertaking in times of pandemic and lockdowns and only a short time window due to the project’s subsequent entry.

Creative Change invites EU project managers from all over Europe to join us on our common journey towards more creativity and innovation. In the project, we are collecting different tools and methodologies and we develop an online Creativity Space to explore and learn about them.
