At St.H, in Palermo and at Heliotec, in La Vall D’Uixo, the learners coming from Italy, Greece and Denmark improved their knowledge and competences on renewable energies through the expert guide of their company mentors. During 2 weeks through classes, visits and workshops, the participants have not only learnt more about green energy but also boosted their soft skills, such as their communication and intercultural skills, improving their technical English and getting used to work and share ideas with people from other countries.
On My Story Wall (mystorywall.eu) we created an online exhibition of our story maps. These maps were developed by the participants themselves (early school leavers).
During the first semester of 2019, all partners have carried out a series of workshops in collaboration with different entities in order to prevent early school leaving.
From the 12th to the 18th of May, staff members and representatives of all the six partner organisations of the project gathered together in the ancient Flemish city of Bruges, Belgium.
The members of the consortium behind My Story Map developed, during the first year of the project, a research about the topics of early-school leaving and the use of storytelling and digital story mapping in its prevention.
In our EU project LikeHome we developed policy recommendations, which summarize the necessary steps to foster the inclusion of refugees into the European labour market and into education processes. You can read the full document here.

die Berater® hosted the kick-off meeting of SUFOGIS, an exciting new EU knowledge transfer project with partners from Russian and China on the one hand, and Greece, Finland and Austria on the other hand.
SUFOGIS shares EU knowledge with four higher education institutions in Russian and China with regard to the use of Geo Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) in sustainable forestry and agriculture. In general, university-business cooperation in this area is to be strengthened. Students as well as staff of Chinese and Russian universities will be trained. die Berater contributes to the project its expertise in knowledge management, education and training, media production and quality management of EU projects
